During my Work Base Learning Experience i worked at 4725 Ashford Dunwoody Rd, Dunwoody, GA 30338.
As a online grocery shopper i was responsible for
1. Fulfill customer orders by reviewing orders
2.Locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise
3.Ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up
4.Making appropriate product substitutions and consulting with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction
5. following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
At this job i learn how to be more sociable in person and communicate better on the phone. Some skills I obtained at this job was how to step up as a leader whenever needed and knowing how to use quick decision making. One thing i liked about this job was the people that i meet and interacted with.
